What shipping methods do you offer for thermal devices?
We offer insured standard and express shipping worldwide. Due to the sensitive nature of optical electronics, all packages are shipped in high-impact protective packaging with signature confirmation required upon delivery.
Does my Thermal Master product come with a warranty?
Yes, all Thermal Master devices include a comprehensive 24-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Sensor calibration is also covered within the first year of use.
What is your return policy for electronic equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact. If the device has been activated or used, a restocking fee may apply.
Are your thermal cameras compatible with iOS and Android?
Most of our mobile-integrated thermal sensors are compatible with both iOS and Android via USB-C or Lightning connectors. Please check the specific product specifications page for software version requirements.
How do I update the firmware on my device?
Firmware updates can be performed through the Thermal Master companion app. Simply connect your device to your smartphone or PC, and the app will automatically notify you if a new update is available for download.
